Welcome to Auntie Lew Childminding
Hi,
My name is Lewys, I have been an OFSTED registered childminder since 2019 when I started Auntie Lew Childminding in upper Walthamstow near Lloyds Park and Billet Road. I run my setting with the support of my husband and two childminding assistants. Together, we care for a maximum of nine full-time children aged between 12 months and three years old in a home from home setting. We also provide wraparound care for children from the Winns Primary School in Walthamstow. Our setting is open term time only, from 7:30 to 18:00 Monday to Thursday and 07:30 to 17:30 on Friday.
I strongly believe in maximizing outdoor activities regardless of the weather. The children under my care enjoy daily access to my spacious and well-equipped garden, which features a climbing frame, mud kitchen, and playhouse, among other amenities. Our daily routine involves participating in playgroups, music sessions, and exploring local forests and playgrounds. We also plan exciting adventure days, including visits to London Zoo.

Full Day Childcare
We are currently operating at full capacity for full-day childcare. However, some of our existing minded children are waiting for a nursery transfer at the age of three. Once they are offered a place, new availability will come up for April and September 2025. Wraparound Childcare
